We are delighted to welcome the ever popular tv chef and writer Anjum Anand to the kitchen for this one off class based on her new book “I Love India”. Anjum will be picking some of her favourite authentic recipes gathered over years of travelling and cooking in India whether it’s classic samosas and tandoori dishes, vibrant spiced vegetable curries and dahls, cooling salads or coastal fish dishes.
Anjum Anand burst onto our screens in 2007 with her BBC2 series Indian Food Made Easy and has gone on to present a second series and appear regularly on TV and radio shows as well as writing regularly for the press including Delicious Magazine, The Sunday Times Magazine and BBC Good Food. I Love India is her 8th book. Her range of sauces, chutneys and naan bread, The Spice Tailor, has been an international success.
