Join us for a hands on cookery class showcasing the best of the Southern Indian region of Kerala, the land of cardamom, ginger, tamarind and peppers. Typical dishes include pickles, vegetable curries, aromatic fish baked in a banana leaf and pineapple and coconut pudding.  Jenny Chandler will share some of her favourite recipes gathered during her extensive travels investigating the great spice plantations and markets of Kerala.   Includes lunch with wine.
