Nathan has taught several Michelin starred Fish masterclasses at the kitchen and at his supper club in 2015 we saw first hand his relaxed and easygoing style of cooking and tasted the incredible results. Two Michelin starred chef he may be but he also knows how to make simple food sing and this hands on class based on his new book, Nathan Outlaw’s Home Kitchen, is about straightforward classics for cooking at home for family and friends.
Nathan has four restaurants in Cornwall, London and Dubai and Restaurant Nathan Outlaw in Rock is the only fish restaurant in the world to have two Michelin stars. In 2014 he was awarded the AA’s Chef’s Chef of the Year Award. He appears regularly on Saturday Kitchen and Great British Menu. Nathan Outlaw’s Home Kitchen is his fourth book.
