Omar grew up in Madrid and his philosophy is that you can cook without fuss and still eat like a king. “The dishes I grew up with have left an indelible mark on my heart. Poster boy for Spanish food in the UK, Omar Allibhoy trained with Ferran Adria at El Bulli and in the UK with Jason Atherton. He was Head Chef at El Pirata de Tapas in Notting Hill and then opened his own restaurant Tapas Revolution which now has 5 branches across the UK. He regularly appears on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch and is the Spanish food presenter on Jamie Oliver’s FoodTube. His first book was Tapas Revolution and his latest book Spanish Made Simple is published in September 2016.
