Thai Masterclass with Tom Kime

In this incredible masterclass you will learn the art of using a pestle and mortar to create fresh and vibrant thai flavours.  Asian food expert Tom Kime will explain the key skill of balancing tastes so that hot, sweet, salt and sour are perfectly represented in each mouthful.  Tom will help you prepare curry paste and marinades before using them to prepare classic Thai staples such as Pad Thai, Stir Fry Beef and coconut fish curry.

Tom Kime is a world renowned expert in Thai food. He trained under Rick Stein at The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow before working at The River Café with Jamie Oliver and Le Pont de la Tour.  He then moved to Sydney to work with David Thompson, sparking a fascination with South East Asian food.  His latest book is Thai Food Made Simple published in 2017.  He lives and works in Sydney.  This is a rare opportunity to learn from him as he visits the UK.
