The third in a series of five focused masterclass days that can be taken individually or together to build your skill levels and which will leave you confident to produce beautifully presented set piece desserts or gateaux.
Will Torrent will help you to create a beautiful plated dessert using a range of techniques on one plate. Every class is different, each ensuring that you will learn a range of techniques for creating elaborate desserts. For example, in previous classes students have made a chocolate, cherry and kirsch delice with chocolate and cherry ripple ice cream, cacao nib tuile, crystallised chocolate and spiced cherry compote. Once you have made elegant decorations made from chocolate or spun sugar, you will learn how to plate up your dessert beautifully.
