Next week we  are filming with a New York production company for a programme for Gourmet / PBS in the United States about Richard and the cookery school.  The programme will be presented by Gourmet's Editor in Chief Ruth Reichl with Oscar winning actress Diane Wiest.   The crew will be filming the bakery early on the morning of Saturday 4th July so  do come and support us and get your bread first thing when we open at 8.30am.
