Next Despatch of Orders

We ask for your patience if you have placed your order with us between Thursday 30th May 2013 - Monday 3rd June 2013. As we are moving offices, the next despatch of orders will be from Tuesday 4th June 2013. Please bear with us and we will make sure all orders get despatched from Tuesday 4th June.

Summer Bank Holiday Opening Hours

The bakery shops will be open from 9am to 5pm on all bank holiday Mondays this summer namely 6 May, 27 May and 26 August.

Alex Mackay's Cooking in Provernce Fri 31 May

Join Alex Mackay for a host of classic recipes from his beloved region of Provence where he ran renowned cookery school Le Baou D'Infer.

Alex Mackay has worked for Raymond Blanc running his cookery school at Le Manoir aux Quat Saisons and for Delia Smith running cookery workshops at Norwich City Football Club.

His book "Cooking in Provence" won The Guild of Food Writers Cookery Journalist of the Year in 2006.  He appears regularly on TV and teaches in cookery schools around the UK.

Scandi Summer Sat 13 July

A hands on class which will give your Summer Entertaining a bit of Scandi style.  Midsummer is a key time of year in Scandinavia for entertaining, making the most of fresh foods foraged from the wild.  Think big platters of cured fish and game, colourful seasonal salads and puddings which showcase the Nordic love of summer berries.  And a class with Signe usually includes some scrumptious Scandi baking to snack on too!
