Bertinet Sourdough Starter 250g

A very limited supply of our sourdough starter is available each week. Our starter is at the heart of our sourdough and is what gives it the distinctive and unique Bertinet flavour. Richard has nurtured his starter for more than 15 years and this is the first time that we have made it available for sale so that you can buy a piece to use to make your own sourdough at home with a little touch of Bertinet.  Starter is sent out once a week on Wednesday in our temperature controlled packaging.  Due to the unique nature of this product, there are a very limited number of batches available. Delivery is by Royal Mail first class or Recorded Delivery. Starter is despatched in a Cool-pac to maintain its temperature. It is available for delivery to both the UK and Eire.  An international service is in the pipeline.  Recorded / Signed for delivery is not available for yeast to avoid it being left in a post office depot.
