Traditionally baked in France on the 12th day after Christmas to celebrate the feast of the Epiphany (6th January), the Galette des rois is a delicious puff pastry 'cake' made with frangipane (almond cream) sandwiched between two gorgeous layers of puff pastry. A sensational way to finish off the Christmas period.....why not enjoy a slice while you take down the Christmas tree. Last orders should be placed with our New Bond Street Place shop by 3pm on January 4th and collection should be made by 5pm on the 5th January.
