Traditional Christmas puddings made by hand to a family recipe and stuffed full of raisins, sultanas, currants, almonds, candied fruit, glace cherries, Bramley apple, orange, lemon, brioche crumbs, mixed spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, Guinness and rum. This small size serves 2 to 3 people. The puddings are presented in a china pudding basin finished with muslin and make wonderful gifts as well as being utterly delicious. Available in Traditional (made with suet) or Vegetarian. Best within 6 months of purchase.

It takes a Frenchman to show how a Christmas pudding should be made. Light AND gooey. Fine fruit mixture (including glace cherries – hurray); proper peel; nicely nutty; sparkly spice. A classy mouthful all round.
