Based on Richard’s award winning book Dough, learn how to make and work the dough to create a range of breads from a white and an olive dough. By the end of the day you will have created fougasse, tin loaves, bread sticks and focaccia amongst others. Includes lunch with wine.
Please bring a bag and/or a large container with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
