There’s nothing quite like getting a barbecue going for family and friends in the glorious British summer and the thought of picnics outside is a joy. But we know that the bread to accompany your delicious barbecue creations can sometimes not live up to expectations.
Join Richard Bertinet to solve the breads in the hand dilemma by learning how to make and bake the perfect brioche burger and hotdog buns made from a sweet, soft, light dough. You will make some versatile pitta bread doughs to bake in a pizza oven or on a conventional griddle including wholemeal. You will also make a corn bread, delicious with Manchego cheese or grilled chicken and finally a garlic and tomato tear and share to really get the party going.
The day starts at 10am with breakfast and will finish around 3.30 to 4pm and includes lunch with wine. Please bring a bag with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
