We will start with a seafood antipasto then learn how to make the perfect asparagus parmigiana risotto for your primo course. For secondo you will be making chicken breast Modenese and desserts will be a tiramisu with strawberries and amaretti biscuits and a lemon panna cotta. Add into this salads and side dishes for a truly Italian seasonal feast. Valentina appears regularly on television and has had her own BBC series – Italian Regional Cookery. Includes lunch with wine.
