Italian cooking relies on the abundance of home grown ingredients that the country has to offer and Summer is no exception. Join us for this hands on cooking class for a wonderful seasonal feast of Italian dishes with Valentina Harris who is a much loved and noted authority on Italian Food. Valentina will teach you the skills and provide you with the knowledge to get the most from these sun rich ingredients.
You will start by making arancini with tomato and mozzarella followed by a Sicillian pizza and then fregola with mussels and clams. Sea bream with pine kernals and olives will be your second and you will finish with a Caprese cake with mascarpone ice cream. Valentina will charm you with her Italian food stories and share her vast knowledge of this wonderful cuisine. This will be a truly memorable day of Italian cooking with Valentina.
The day starts at 10am, will finish around 3.30pm and includes lunch with wine.
