Learn to create classics worthy of the finest French patisserie in this hands on class. Richard will show you how to master a number of techniques ranging from perfect puff pastry and mousseline cream for a millefeuille and biscuit à la cuillère to create a perfect strawberry Fraisier. Then you will use these skills to assemble creations which taste as stunning as they look.
The starts at 10am and will finish around 3.30 to 4pm. Please bring a bag and/or a large container with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
