Easter is all about baking and the perfect time to show off your baking skills. Join us for our Easter Baking class taught exclusively by Richard Bertinet for this seasonal baking class.
The Kitchen will be filled with the familiar scents of hot cross buns, delicately spiced and with a Richard Bertinet twist of course. You will be making a sweet dough from which you will make a deliciously rich chocolate, orange and hazelnut bread. Accompany this with Richard’s cardamom and cinnamon twists and madeleines dipped in chocolate and you have the ultimate Easter afternoon tea.
There will be plenty of hands on baking time to practice the skills you are learning and Richard will be able to answer any questions that you may have during the day.
The day will start at 10am with breakfast and finish around 3.30 / 4pm. Lunch with wine is included.
Please bring a bag and/or a large container with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
