Whether you are a meat eater, vegan or a vegetarian we can all have our culinary skills challenged when we have a mixed group of eaters coming to dinner.
Join Jenny Chandler for this fully hands on ingenious class where she shows you how to prepare a plant-based menu good enough to feed all your guests with interchangeable finishing touches to suit meat eaters, fish lovers or vegetarians. You will pick up recipes and tips on how to create umami depths of flavour with less or no meat and create delicious, nutritionally balanced feasts with no sense of deprivation.
You will cook with Jenny buckwheat blini with Jerusalem artichoke and smoked garlic or smoked salmon, braised butter beans with orange and fennel with the option to pop meat, fish or cheese on top or serve with nutty pane grattugiato with some steam-fried greens with pearled spelt and sun-dried tomato pesto to go alongside. Finish with a chocolate and stem ginger mousse leaving all your guests demanding when your next dinner party will be!
There will be no compromise on flavour in this essential class and you will leave us with full recipes equipped to continue cooking at home.

“I attended Jenny’s class last Thursday, and it was, by far, the best cooking class I’ve ever had. Jenny was informative, engaging, and entertaining. She shared tips, techniques, experiences, stories, and anecdotes making the class a truly entertaining experience. I enjoyed watching her cook, cooking myself, and working with the facilitating people around me. Thanks Jenny for an amazing experience. You will see me again for sure.” Mr K
