To coincide with the launch of his first cook book ‘Giuseppe’s Italian Bakes’ this class will focus on much loved classic Italian recipes passed down to Giuseppe by his beloved father. These will include:

Giuseppe’s passion for Italian baking was nurtured at the side of his professional chef and baker father. Growing up, baking and cooking were part of the daily language of his household. Having trained as a chemical engineer, he originally returned to baking when his own children were born, keen to reproduce the treats of his own childhood. He never dreamt that he would make it as a contestant on bakeoff, let alone be crowned the winner.
The cost of the class includes a copy of the book, which covers 60 cakes, cookies and savoury treats, all with Giuseppe’s unique twist.
