Come and learn all there is to know about fish in this hands on cooking class. We will guide you through the tricky topic of the sustainability of fish, show you what to look for when buying it, how to prepare it and then how to cook with it. You’ll cook plenty of fish dishes on the day and come away armed with lots of recipes for different fish (as well as how to cook perfect shellfish at home) and the skills to recreate them.
