Italian Breads with Richard Bertinet on Wednesday 26th February 2025.
Learn how to develop your moulding technique and use a biga, with a strong focus on Italian breads making a ciabatta, focaccia, grissini and filled breads. All participants must have completed our Introduction to Bread Making class within the last 6 months prior to joining this class, therefore this course can not be booked online, please email the office on [email protected] or call 01225 445531 and we will be able to take your booking.
The day includes lunch with wine. Please bring a bag and/or a large container with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
