Milan’s culinary scene is hugely rich with a gastronomical ethos that embraces the local mountain folk alongside the cultural diversity within the city. Eat like the locals with a menu that will include Milanese meatballs, a risotto speciality with saffron, Ossobuco alla Milanese, a panna cotta with pears poached in red wine and finally Milan’s most famous hazelnut biscuits, Brutti ma Buoni.
