We are taking the baking up a level for this class making Cinnamon Knots and Salted Caramel Brioches from Richard Bertinet’s book Crumb. You will be learning the plaiting technique to create perfect cinnamon knots from an enriched dough and using this same dough to combine with salted caramel which you will make yourself.
Please bring a bag and/or a large container with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
This class runs from 2pm to 4pm and is suitable for children aged 8 – 15. Please let us know the age of your child when booking.
