Master the art of technical biscuit making in this kids’ 2 hour masterclass.
You will be making some biscuit classics starting with bourbon specials, delicious chocolate buttercream sandwiched between two thin rectangles of chocolate flavoured biscuits. You will also be making some Jammie Dodgers, filled with raspberry jam and you can get creative with the cut out shape. Finally you will make some custard creams, arguably our most iconic biscuit. Filled with a creamy vanilla buttercream centre these will become a favourite teatime treat.
You may not want to become a professional biscuit maker, but this class will certainly make you very popular with your friends and families!
Please bring a bag and/or a large container with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
This class runs from 10am to 12pm and is suitable for ages 8 – 16. Please let us know the age of your child when booking.
