Get into the Christmas spirit with some festive baking in our Kitchen.
You will be making a deliciously Christmassy yule log, rolled and filled with buttercream and decorated. Follow this with some mini ginger Madeira cakes, dark and sticky and beautifully iced with some crystallised ginger to add the perfect amount of sweetness. Finally you will be making some spiced orange biscuits that you will build into stacking snowmen, the perfect biscuit to leave out for Father Christmas, if there are any left by Christmas Eve!
Please bring a bag/container with you to take home some of your delicious creations.
The course runs from 2pm to 4pm and is suitable for children aged 8 – 15. Please let us know the age of your child when booking.
