Easter is a wonderful time to be in the Kitchen baking and this year we are treating you to some very traditional skills. Start with that Easter essential, hot cross buns where you will be working all the stages, from preparing the dough to making the paste for the crosses on the buns. We couldn’t have an Easter baking class without including some chocolate. You will be making some chocolate cakes, filled with jam and decorated with Easter bunnies running across grass and some madeleines dipped in chocolate.
Please bring a bag and/or a large container with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
This class runs from 2pm to 4pm and is suitable for ages 8 – 15. Please let us know the age of your child when booking.
