What better way to celebrate the wonderful seasonal produce that Italy has to offer than on our Kids’ Italian cooking class. You will begin by making your own pasta, a very satisfying and versatile skill to learn. You will make lasagne sheets before going on to use this pasta with spinach and courgette for a deliciously seasonal vegetable lasagne. Any left over pasta will be made into tagliatelle or spaghetti to go with an Italian essential, a tomato and garlic sauce.
Follow this by making the most classic of Italian puddings, a tiramisu. A non alcoholic version that you will make from scratch, a dolce treat fit for any Italian feast.
Please bring a bag and/or a large container with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
This class runs from 10am to 12pm and is suitable for children aged 8 – 16. Please let us know the name and age of your child when booking.
