We love Japanese cuisine for its use of quality ingredients, precise techniques, signature rich tasty flavours and irresistible aromas. With a focus on balance, Japanese cuisine blends sweet, salty, and spicy to creature gorgeous, utterly unique dishes. Join us as we create some beloved Japanese food whilst learning the essentials of Japanese cooking.
In this class, we will be making Teriyaki skewers, Katsu curry and pickles.
Please bring a bag and/or a large container with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
This class runs from 2pm to 4pm and is suitable for children aged 8 – 15. Please let us know the name and age of your child when booking.
