Learn the secrets of great pancakes just in time for Shrove Tuesday. From mixing batter to flipping your pancakes, you’ll learn a host of techniques. You’ll cook buckwheat blinis with soured cream as well as brunch classic – fluffy ricotta hotcakes and we couldn’t miss out classic crepes – with lemon and sugar and also Italian style crespelle, rolled around a savoury filling.
