Learn some real pastry chef techniques in this baking class focussing on choux pastry. We will show you skills to make any junior pastry chef proud. You will make some chocolate eclairs or profiteroles filled with a vanilla crème patissière, that you will make yourself and topped with icing and some savoury gougères filled with cream cheese and chives.
Please bring a bag and/or a large container with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
This class runs from 2pm to 4pm and is suitable for children aged 8 – 16. Please let us know the name and age of your child when booking.
