Learn some real pastry chef techniques in this baking class focussing on patisserie. We will show you skills to make any junior pastry chef proud. In this class we will be focussing on choux pastry and will make some chocolate eclairs filled with crème patissière and topped with icing and some savoury gougères.
Please bring a bag and/or a large container with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
This class runs from 10am to 12pm and is suitable for children aged 8 – 15. Please let us know the name of your child when booking.
