Learn some real pastry chef techniques in this baking class focussing on patisserie. We will show you skills to make any junior pastry chef proud. In the class today we will be focussing on pastry and will make a classic lemon tart and a pear bourdaloue filled with almond cream and poached pears.
Please bring a bag and/or a large container with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
This class runs from 10am to 12pm and is suitable for children aged 8 – 15. Please let us know the name of your child when booking.
