Learn some real pastry chef techniques in this baking class focussing on patisserie with Tracy Mortimer-Pain. We will show you how to make Richard Bertinet’s Quatre-quart Breton, the fashionable little cakes from Brittany and a fraisier with the lovely light layering of genoise sponge, skills to make any junior pastry chef proud.
Please bring a bag and/or a large container with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
This class runs from 2pm to 4pm and is suitable for children aged 8 – 15. Please let us know the name of your child when booking.
