Scandinavia has a rich culinary offering of ingredients and recipes where their eating fits around the seasons. There is a focus on wholesome, traditional flavours all of which are sourced locally. You can’t get much more traditional than pork, spring squash and sage meatballs which you will be serving with lemon cream. Impressive to look at and delicious to eat you will be making some hasselback potatoes to go with your meatballs. Finish your smorgasbord with a lingonberry and orange cheesecake and a treat of the classic Scandinavian flavours of lemon and dill popcorn, a true feast of Scandinavian cooking.

This class runs from 10am to 12pm and is suitable for ages 8 – 15. Please let us know the age of your child when booking.
