Food is deeply important to the Spanish lifestyle and in this Kids’ class we will be making the most of these delicious regional specialities, made from the best available seasonal produce.
Spanish food is full of flavour which will be showcased in the opening recipe of a bean, tomato, chorizo and hake dish that is very healthy and quick to prepare. You will be making empanadas, crescent shaped savoury pastries that can be filled with a variety of interesting flavour combinations and then baked to perfection. You will be mastering some delicious padrón peppers before finishing with a crema catalana, a rich Spanish custard with a hard caramel topping. An absolute Spanish feast.
Please bring some containers with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
This class runs from 10am to 12pm and is suitable for children aged 8 – 15. Please let us know the name and age of your child when booking.
Please let us know at the time of booking if your child is vegetarian as this cannot be catered for at short notice on the day.
