Food is deeply important to the Spanish lifestyle. Some of Spain’s best dishes are regional specialities, made from the best available seasonal produce. Spain is the world’s biggest producer of olive oil, used in plenty of Spanish cooking and eating. You will also find plenty of saffron, paprika, peppers, anchovies, garlic, onions, and olives in recipes that make up core Spanish tastes. Meals are robust with a lively character; Spanish food is full of flavour.
In this class, you will make Garbanzos con chorizo, mini meatballs and Torta de Naranja, an orange almond cake.
Please bring a bag and/or a large container with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
This class runs from 2pm to 4pm and is suitable for children aged 8 – 15. Please let us know the name and age of your child when booking.
