Join us for some spring Baking with Tracy Mortimer-Pain that would be perfect for Easter tea time treats. This class features a seasonal bake of polenta and rhubarb cakes, just as the rhubarb season is getting going, some chocolate and vanilla marbled muffins and a technical lemon roulade made with a genoise sponge. A workshop that will allow plenty of opportunities to develop, define and reinforce baking and cooking skills.
Please bring a bag and/or a large container with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
This class runs from 10am to 12pm. Suitable for children aged 8 – 16. Please let us know the name and age of your child when booking.
