Summer is a time for light, airy bakes that melt in the mouth. On this class you will be making a pear frangipane tart, perfect for taking on a summer picnic. This will be followed by some featherlight blackcurrant cupcakes and finally a technical peach meringue roulade, a real show stopper of a summer dessert.
Please bring a bag and/or a large container with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
This class runs from 2pm to 4pm and is suitable for children aged 8 – 16. Please let us know the name and age of your child when booking.
