Summer can be a glorious time for baking, with picnics, afternoon teas and barbeques serving as perfect opportunities to show off your skills. In this class, we will focus on seasonal bakes – light and airy while using summer ingredients.
In this class, we will be making a lemon and raspberry stripe cake – as eye catching as it is tasty. You’ll also make a selection of Bertinet fruit tartlets. You’ll start by making your own sweet pastry, followed by crème patissière, then design and assemble your pretty tartlets topped with plenty of fresh fruit.
These are sure to stand out at any summertime party and impress all your friends and family.
Please bring a bag and/or a large container with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
This class runs from 10am to 12pm and is suitable for children aged 8 – 15. Please let us know the name and age of your child when booking.
