Sushi is renowned worldwide and is a signature example of traditional Japanese cuisine. It consists of a few simple ingredients, such as vinegared rice, seaweed, seafood, and vegetables, but contains endless possibilities for creativity and experimentation. It can also be easily made to suit dietary needs and there is a whole host of vegetarian and vegan recipes available.
