What’s not to love about sweet treats? Sometimes, there’s nothing better than a pudding after dinner, or a slice of cake in the afternoon, or a nibble of some chocolate as a snack. Making your own desserts is a fantastic way to get creative and play with flavour and decoration, while gaining confidence in the kitchen. Not only do you get to eat what you worked on, but you also get to have all the fun making it too!
Take your desserts and treats to the next level and join us as we spend an afternoon devoted entirely to teatime favourites. In this class, you will be making a range of mini cheesecakes and a special millionaire’s shortbread with a Bertinet twist. You will also make the perfect génoise sponge and make a delightful seasonal fraisier, topped with strawberries.
Please bring a bag and some containers with you so you can take home some of your delicious creations.
This class runs from 2pm to 4pm and is suitable for children aged 8 – 15. Please let us know the name and age of your child when booking.
