An inspirational 2 days developing confidence in the kitchen with Richard Bertinet This course provides a thorough grounding in the foundations of great cooking as well as passing on a wealth of hints, tips and secrets. On the first day you will master essential stocks and sauces and learn how seasoning is the secret to elevating your cooking. On day 2 you will hone your knife skills, learning to joint meat and fillet fish. We will show you how to use your new found skills with hands on cooking time and plenty of recipes. Each day is fully hands on. Participants will take home recipe sheets for everything they have made.
