An inspirational 3 days developing confidence in the kitchen. This course provides a thorough grounding in the foundations of great cooking as well as passing on a wealth of hints, tips and secrets. On the first day you will hone your knife skills, learning to joint meat and fillet fish. On the second day, master the essential stocks and sauces and learn how seasoning is the secret to elevating your cooking and on day three, learn how to buy and cook great fish and seafood. Every day is fully hands on and includes lunch with wine. Participants will take home recipe sheets for everything they have made.
