Join Jenny Chandler for this inspirational and fully hands on class where she will show you how to make more out of less. Jenny will show you how to create the same umami depths of flavour and make delicious, nutritionally balanced feasts with no sense of deprivation while making the meat you do buy, go further.
You will cook Jenny’s miraculous 4 meal chicken using every last drop of goodness with a roast, a pilaff, a healthy noodle soup and finally a Moroccan salad. You will also create a hearty stew where beef plays second fiddle to barley and winter veg’ and Tex-mex black bean and squash tacos with a chipotle pork tenderloin.
There will be no compromise on flavour in this essential class and you will leave us with full recipes and tips equipped to continue cooking at home.
Jenny trained at Leiths before travelling the world as a private chef and is our longest standing and most experienced guest chef, having taught with us since we opened. She has written many cookery books including Pulse and Green Kids Cook which discuss the benefits of a greener diet both personally and globally. She brings this expanse of knowledge and experience to the Kitchen making her classes, books and work truly outstanding.
The day will start at 10m and finish around 3.30pm.
