This hands on class with Michelin starred chef Adam Byatt is for confident home cooks who want to be stretched. With Adam’s guidance and renowned attention to detail, you will cook three signature courses from the Trinity menu. Menus change seasonally but a sample menu is: Soused and charred mackerel, macadamia, gazpacho, grapes and tarragon; Venison, roast cauliflower and salt baked quince with hazelnut pesto; Hot chocolate tartlet with poached rhubarb.
Adam Byatt opened the iconic Trinity restaurant in Clapham in 2006. His culinary innovation and sophisticated modern interpretations of classical dishes were recognised with the award of a Michelin star in 2016. Voted in the top ten restaurants in London by both Hardens and Zagat it is a destination for any food lover. Adam has since opened a second restaurant , Bistro Union and a new venture Upstairs at Trinity for more casual dining.
Adam completed his apprenticeship at Claridges and was sous chef to Phil Howard at The Square when it was awarded two Michelin stars. He appears regularly on BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen and works tirelessly mentoring young chefs and for many charities as well as teaching .
