A one to one baking clinic by Zoom with Richard Bertinet.

All slots last for 45 minutes. This time is yours. After booking we will send you a questionnaire so that we can understand how you would like to use your time and will agree any ingredients or other equipment that it would be good for you to have to hand at home. Richard will gladly help you with any problems, issues or queries that you have. He can answer questions, demonstrate a practical technique or two or watch you practising a skill in order to sort out any issues. The choice and the time are yours. You are welcome to have other people in the room with you when you join Richard for your session but only one Zoom link-up is available per session booked.
After booking you will be provided with a link to join a Zoom call with Richard on the specified date and time. In order to take part in a one to one baking clinic session you will need a laptop, tablet or phone with a broadband connection.
These sessions are not suitable for professional bakers or those baking in a commercial environment. If you need help in this context please contact us.
