A fabulous 3-day course covering a host of baking ideas. On the first day, Richard will teach you how to master delicious pastry both sweet and savoury. On day 2, you will learn how to make croissant, pain au chocolat, and danish pastries in a wonderful extended masterclass with Richard. Finally on day 3, you will move onto patisserie skills including making perfect puff pastry and mousseline cream for a millefeuille to genoise sponge to create a perfect frasier. Each day starts at 10am and includes lunch with wine. Please bring a bag and/or a large container with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
