Our pizza set includes a Bertinet baker’s peel to help you load your pizza into the oven, a scraper, strong white flour, a bag of semola, Dorset Sea Salt, dried yeast, pizza sauce, a postcard and a Bertinet pizza recipe card. The set has everything needed for making authentic tasty pizzas, you just need to add the mozzarella and olives or other toppings!
The bread peel is made from high quality rustic acacia wood, with each piece being unique in look with colour tone variances.
