Throughout this course, Valentina will share her extensive knowledge and passion for Italian cooking, guiding you through a variety of authentic recipes that showcase the unique flavours and ingredients of Italy’s distinct regions.
You can expect to delight in dishes from Tuscany, Sicily, Lombard and Venice. These will include the rich and flavourful ossobuco alla Milanese, tender squid on bruschetta, the luscious Italian dessert nougat semifreddo, and much more.
This course promises to enhance your culinary skills and inspire your love for Italian cuisine. You will emerge armed with knowledge, skill, and plenty of tips for cooking an array of delectable Italian dishes.
Valentina is our regular Italian tutor and has taught at the Kitchen for many years. She is a noted and much loved authority on Italian cooking and author of over 20 books on Italian cookery including Pasta Galore and Italian Regional Cooking.
The class starts at 10am and will finish around 3.30pm. Includes lunch with wine.
