Many of us cook for one on a regular basis – isn’t it time we became more selfish in the kitchen? Cooking for one can be one of life’s simplest pleasures – therapeutic, life affirming and good for the mind and body. Signe approaches cooking for one in a number of ways – whether it’s uncomplicated no cook fast food, one pot dishes or batch cooking for recipes to adapt throughout the week as well as more adventurous recipes for days when you have time to devote to experimenting in the kitchen. Signe will also explain how keeping a streamlined larder will help you cook delicious food every day.
